Services for Luetta Mae Pirtle, 67, of Chariton, formerly of Des Moines, who died of cancer Sunday at Lucas County Memorial Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Fielding Funeral Home in Chariton. Burial will be in Chariton Cemetery.

Mrs. Pirtle left Des Moines six years ago and formerly was a Bethany, MO., resident.

Survivors include a son, William F. Jr. of Carlisle; a daughter, Sandra S. Forrester of Des Moines; a brother, Robert Hobbs of Dayton, Ohio; a sister, Virginia Blaskovich of Des Moines; and six grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cnacer Society.

Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
