Helen Gray, 80, died Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. She was born August 5, 1930 to Theodore and Catherine Gehling in Carroll, Iowa.

Helen enjoyed playing cards, solving puzzles, and going to Prairie Meadows.

She is survived by her daughters, Marilyn(Terry)Nielsen, Patricia Wagner and Donna(Ralph)Bruce; sons, Michael(Donna)Gray and Daniel(Alison)Gray. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Gray.

Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m., Saturday, February 12, 2011, at Hamilton's Altoona Funeral Home, 105 4th Street SW, with burial to follow at Altoona Cemetery. Friends may visit with family from 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mercy Hospice in Johnston in loving memory of Helen.
