John William "Bill" McGriff. 73, died on January 16, at the Bright Kavanagh House in Des Moines. Bill was born in Des Moines to Marie and Charles McGriff. He was a Press Mechanic for INFOMAX for over 30 years. Bill was presently employed by the Ankeny School System in the print shop.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Croation Center on Friday, January 21, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Verlena Marie McGriff. He is survived by his two sons, Bryan (Misty) and Bernard (Tina); five Grandchildren, Cody, April, Dakota, Trinity, Daniel; and his sister, Marilyn (George) Rehbein.
