THOMAS ROBERT OLSON
Monterey, LA

Thomas Robert Olson, formerly of West Des Moines, died of natural causes at his home on December 28.

Tom graduated from Valley High School in 1960, and attended Drake University. He lived most of his life in the San Francisco area, but recently moved to Louisiana.

Tom is survived by his longtime soul mate, Louie Boyd; parents, Cliff and Patty Olson of West Des Moines; brothers, Jim (Meredith) of College Station, TX, and Tim (Toni) of West Des Moines; sister, Polly Porter (Jim) of Iowa City; and twelve nieces and nephews.

Tom enjoyed dancing, collecting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He was a kind and gentle person who was loved by all who knew him.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in Louisiana
