WILLARD (BILL) EGINOIRE

Willard (Bill) Byron Eginoire, 72, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 29, 2008 in his home from a long illness.

Bill was born July 16, 1936, to parents Forrest and Dolores Eginoire in Des Moines. Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather, who loved to spend time with his friends and family. He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Kansas City Chiefs fan, who also spent his whole life supporting the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Bill spent most of his life with his devoted wife of 44 years, Marilyn. In her last few years, Bill retired just to care for his ailing wife. Always a friendly man, Bill loved to help those around him in anyway he could, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Brooks Funeral Care, Tonini Chapel at 2135 SW 9th St., Des Moines. The family will greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, in Des Moines.

Bill was preceded in death by his loving wife Marilyn, his parents, and three of his sisters.

Bill is survived by his three sons, Michael (Nancy), James (Nanette), and Ron (Toni), brothers Bud and Larry, sister Shirley, many nieces and nephews, along with ten grandchildren and eleven great- grandchildren
