Arlene L. Draper,71, passed away Sept. 12, 2005 in Des Moines, Iowa. She was born July 6, 1934 to Pearl and Marie Hartley. She is survived by 2 sons, Tracy Robinson and Steve Draper; 2 daughters, Rhonda Draper and Elizabeth Van Zandt; 4 sisters, Dorothy Bryan, Diana Burney, Linda Broker and Helen Hendricks; 1 brother Rick Hartley and 13 grandchildren.
