IOWA STATE REGISTER, Tuesday, March 1, 1881

The widow of the late Benjamin Davis, of Delaware township, died very suddenly yesterday morning. She had arisen as usual and called the hired man for breakfast. Failing to appear herself, upon going to her room to find her it was discovered that she had died.
