Mrs. Jane Ellis, of Polk County, fell into a well thirty feet deep, on Saturday night last, while in a state of somnambulism. She was fearfully mangled and bruised, but she managed some way to climb out of the well. Her strength failed her, and she was soon after found by her friends on the ground and in an insensible condition. Over one hundred bruises appeared on her person.
