H.L. SAYLER, M.D.
Member Iowa State Board of Health, was born in Illinois in 1870. Received a high school, college and medical education, graduating in medicine in 1898. Came to Des Moines in 1908. City health officer for the past seventeen years. Appointed to the Iowa State Board of Health in the fall of 1924.
