Des Moines, Iowa, March 28, 1888; s/o James & Margaret; ed. at Univ. of Iowa, 1910; memb. freshman football and basketball teams; initiated by Iowa Beta, Oct, 1907; eminent herald and deputy archon; delegate to S.A.E. Nat'l conventions, Atlantic City, 1909; Kansas City, 1910; delegate to province Zeta conventions, Iowa City, 1909, and Lawrence, 1911; secretary-treasurer province Zeta, 1909-11, president province Zeta, 1912-; memb.
