MICKALEK DIES AT MASON CITY
FUNERAL IN CHARGE OF MCAULEY AND SON

CLEAR LAKE – Frank Mickalek, 78, retired farmer of Rolfe, died at a Mason City hospital early Wednesday morning following a lingering illness. He had lived with his son, Arthur, at the north shore, Clear Lake.

Born June 1, 1867, in Denmark, Mr. Mickalek came to the U. S. a number of years ago and settled on a farm near Rolfe. He retired a short time ago.

Mrs. Mickalek and a daughter died previously. Surviving are a son, Arthur, and a granddaughter. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Services and burial will be at Rolfe.

Arrangements are in charge of the McAuley and Son funeral home, Mason City.
