Mrs. Nehemiah Ellis, aged nearly 81 years, died very suddenly at the home of her son L. N. Ellis on Sunday evening. The remains were interred in the Swan Lake cemetery on the following day. She leaves four sons and two daughters to mourn her death. Her eldest daughter, Mrs. Kinnison, lives in Wisconsin, also her son, R. F. Ellis. The other daughter, Mrs. Shook, lives at Newell, Iowa, Two sons, L. N. and L. B. live at Laurens, Iowa, and the youngest son S. A. at Alamosa, Colorado. Her husband died last spring.
