MRS. LOUIS WURTH, 52, Le Mars, Iowa -- Died Nov. 29, at home, brief illness.

Funeral 10 a.m. Dec. 2 St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Rev. Dean Walker. Burial Calvary Cemetery. Parish rosary at Luken-Johnson Funeral Home, 8 p.m., Christian Mothes 3 p.m., Dec. 1.

Former Mary Ruether, born Dec. 24, 1918, Le Mars. Married March 4, 1945 in Columbus, Ga.

Survivors: Widower; four sons, Jerry and John of Waukegan, Ill., Nick of Las Vegas, Nev.; seven daughters, Cathy, Mary Lou, Ann, Lisa and Barbie, all at home, Theresa of Iowa City, Jean of Council Bluffs; two brothers, Ted of Le Mars, Henry of Sioux City; four sisters, Mrs. Henry (Katherine) Burkhard, Mrs. Lena Rolfes, Mrs. Glen (Margaret) Brown, all of Le Mars; Mrs. Regina Harris of Security, Colo.; eight grandchildren.

Mary Wurth funeral rites are Thursday 

Mrs. Louis (Mary) Wurth, 52, died Monday at her home after a brief illness. 

The LeMars resuscitator and Luken-Johnson ambulance were called about 1:30 p.m. Monday. Mrs. Wurth was taken to Floyd Valley hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival after suffering an apparent heart attack. 

Funeral services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic church with Rev. Dean Walker officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery under direction of the Luken-Johnson funeral home. Parish rosary will be said Wednesday at 8 p.m. and the Christian Mothers at 3 p.m. 

The former Mary Ruether, she was born Dec. 24, 1918; in Le Mars, a daughter of the late Theodore and Theresa Deters Ruether. She was married March 4, 1945, at Columbus, Ga. 

Mrs. Wurth was a member of St. Joseph Catholic church, the parish guild and Christian Mothers society. She had been employed at Archies Waeside Inn and at Floyd Valley Hospital. 

Mrs. Wurth was preceded in death by her parents. 

Survivors are her husband; four sons, Jerry and Ted, both of Le Mars, John of Waukegan, Ill., and Nick of Las Vegas, Nev.; seven daughters, Cathy, Mary Lou, Ann, Lisa and Barbie, all at home, Theresa of Iowa City and Jean of Council Bluffs. 

Other survivors are two brothers, Ted of Le Mars and Henry of Sioux City; four sisters, Mrs. Henry (Katherine) Burkhard, Mrs. Lena Rolfes, Mrs. Glenn (Margaret) Brown, all of Le Mars; and Mrs. Regina Harris of Security, Colo., and eight grandchildren.
