Last Rites for Victor SWANSON

Funeral services for Victor A. SWANSON, 92, were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Luken Funeral Home in LeMars. The Rev. Robert FLOY officiated and burial was in Liberty township cemetery near Hinton.

Mr. SWANSON died Monday in a LeMars hospital after a two week illness. He was born Aug. 8, 1873, in Redaholm, Sweden, and came to the United States when he was 15. He lived at Holdredge, Neb., for a time before moving to Plymouth county where he farmed for many years before retirement. He married Hulda ASPLAND Sept. 27, 1899, at Sioux City.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Evangeline JAAKS of Payson, Ariz., and one son, Albert of Sioux City. [Feb. 1966]
