WILLIAM F. PECH DIES AT HOME IN STRUBLE, HAD RETIRED IN 1947

Seney, Jan. 3: William Frederick Pech, 64, died in his sleep at his home in Struble, Dec. 31, 1950.

Mr. Pech, son of Ferdinand and Caroline Hintz Pech, was born in Plymouth county April 18, 1886, on a farm north of LeMars. He lived on farms in that vicinity and north of Seney until 1947 when he moved to Struble to make his home. He was a carpenter and painter by trade.

He leaves his step-mother, Mrs. Johanna Peck of LeMars, six brothers and four sisters; Harry Peck of Lisbon, N.D., Louis Mordoff of Bedford, Ore., Fred Peck of LeMars, George Peck of Merrill; John L. Pech of Brandon, S.D., and Ed Pech of near LeMars.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 2, at 2 p.m. at the Mauer funeral home. The Rev. K.I. Clawson officated and burial was in the LeMars cemetery.
