Gustave Beeck Died Thursday Morning In Le Mars Home
Gustave Beeck, long time resident of Plymouth county, died at his home, 327 Second Avenue N.W., Thursday morning, after a four months illness.
Deceased was born March 2, 1883, in Germany and moved to Plymouth county on March 9, 1909, where he farmed in Johnson township until moving to Le Mars in July, 1945. He was married in Germany on November 18, 1906 to Christine Mangelsen, who with seven children, survives him. Alfred and Henry both of Le Mars; Mrs., Mary Plueger and Mrs. Clara Gately, also of Le Mars; Mrs. Martha Ludwigs of Akron; Mrs. Anna Erks of Sioux City and Mrs. Freda Beitelspacher of Maurice; a twin brother, Jake, of Wentworth, S. D.; two brothers, Chris and Fred of Akron and one brother John in Germany. He also leaves 13 grandchildren
Funeral arrangements have not been made, pending word from relatives.
