Edguin B. Taylor, a former well known, resident of the Westfield vicinity, passed away. Monday, September 6, 1954, at the county home, Le Mars, where he had been a patient the past year. He was 84 years of age and had been in failing health for five years.

Mr. Taylor, a resident of Plymouth County for 50 years, was born on December 17, 1870. His father was Thomas Taylor. He married Myrtle Lovell at Elk Point, S. D., December 21, 1907.

Survivors include the widow, Myrtle Taylor, of Sioux City; two brothers. Charles of Oklahoma, and Robert, of Kansas; a sister, Mrs. Laura Pappas, in California

Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by a daughter, who died in infancy.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Mauer Funeral Home in Le Mars. Interment was in Pleasant Valley Cemetery at Adaville.
