Funeral services for Archer A. Lilly, 74, retired Westfield mail carrier who died Sunday in a hospital after a brief sickness were at l:30 p.m.,- Wednesday at the Westfield Congregational church. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery at Akron, under the direction of the Rossow funeral home ofAkron.

Mr. Lilly was born March 18, 1888, at Ponca, Nebraska, and lived most of his life in the Westfield vicinity. He, was a mail carrier at Akron for 43 years before; his retirement. He belonged to the Westfield Congregational church, and to Freedom lodge No. 434, A. F. & A. M. at Akron.

Survivors include the widow; a son, Paul of Boone, and 3 grand children.
