For Many Years

Funeral services were held in a mortuary chapel in Sioux City for
Charles S. Brown Wednesday afternoon, Rev. R . D. Acheson officiating
and interment made in the cemetery at Merrill. Mr. Brown died Monday
in Sioux City at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Elmer Pile, where he
resided for the last eight years after farming near Hinton for 25 years . He
leaves four daughters, Mrs. Elmer Pile, Mrs. Rufus Holtzen, Mrs. Arthur
Lembcke, Mrs. Emmett Wood of Sioux City and three sons, Darrell Brown
of Cherokee and Forrest and Alex Brown of Sioux City,
and a sister, Mrs. G. Iddings of Niles, Mich.
