OBITUARY.

George O. DeLair was born December 30, 1907, in Sioux City, and passed away about 2:30 a.m. after an accident on the paving on the Neptune road about a mile and a half south of LeMars, Friday, January 1, 1954.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn; two sons, Danne, 5, and Donald, 2; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Danne, and other relatives.

Funeral services were Sunday, January 3, in Luken's Funeral Home at 2 p.m., Rev. K.I. Clawson officiating. Wasmer Post American Legion conducted military rites. Deceased was a veteran of World War II, and a member of the United Brethren Church. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, LeMars.

Pallbearers: Bill Zimmer, Eldon Danne, Arnold Danne, Warren Bock, Don Petry, and R. W. Phipps.
