OCCUPATION: They lived in Marcus and Remsen before moving to LeMars in 1966. She co-owned and operated the L and D Lounge in LeMars from 1964 to 1973. After retiring she spent her summers a Lake Okoboji.
SURVIVORS: include her husband; a daughter and her husband, Carol and Hugh Boylan of LeMars; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Alma Schiltz of Larrabee, Iowa; and two step-sisters, Eunice Bergquist of Sioux City, and Frances Church of Omaha, Neb.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: her parents; a step-father, W.G. Tonsfeldt; and a brother, Lawrence (Christy) Christophersen.
