Resident of S. C. for 12 Years Passes Away

Miss Eva May Jordin, 32 years old died at a Sioux City hospital, Saturday, following a three day’s illness.

Miss Jordin was born in Union county, South Dakota. She spent her earlier life in South Dakota and moved to Sioux City with her parents 12 years ago.

Besides her mother, Mrs. H. V. Jordin she is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Pendleton, Akron, Ia.; Mrs. Will Pendleton, Akron, Ia., and two brothers George Jordin, of Akron, and John Jordin, of Sioux City.

Christie’s undertaking parlors at 2:30 o’clock Monday afternoon. Burial will be at Akron, Ia., Tuesday.

The funeral will be held today and the body taken to Akron for interment.
