They came to America in 1888 and located on a farm near Marcus. They came from Marcus to Le Mars and bought a farm in Johnson township and lived there for the past forty years. Mr. Kamradt died January 3, 1911.

Mrs. Kamradt is survived by her sons, Elon Kamradt, of Marcus; Hermann Kamradt and Otto Kamradt, of Johnson township; Paul Kamradt, of Hector, Minn.; Rudolph Kamradt, of Merrill. A daughter, Mrs. Anna Srock, died in November, 1928. There are twenty-one grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
