AKRON, Iowa -- Danny Lee Henke, 19, of Akron died Wednesday, July 17, 2002, in Cherokee, Iowa.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Schroeder Funeral Home in Akron. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Akron. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mr. Henke was born Aug. 12, 1982. He attended Akron-Westfield Schools. In his free time he loved computers, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Linda and Ray Miller of Akron; his father, William Henke of Sioux Falls; two brothers, Donny Holly and Eric Holly, both of Godfrey, Ill.; a sister, Heather Holly of Illinois; a daughter, Elizabeth Henke of Sioux City; maternal grandmother, Alberta Altena of Hawarden, Iowa; paternal grandmother, Marie Henke of Akron; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Buzz Henke.
