Esther E. Schneiderheinze

Esther E. Schneiderheinze, 93, Hawarden, died Sunday, May 20, 1990, in the Hawarden Hospital.

Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Porter-Dow Funeral Home in Hawarden. Rev. Karla Kirkeby of the American Lutheran Church in Hawarden officiated. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery in Akron.

Mrs. Schneiderheinze, the former Esther Anderson, was born Jan. 19, 1897, in Chicago. She married John Schneiderheinze Dec. 12, 1917, in Vermillion. They farmed in South Dakota west of Akron. John died in October of 1937. She moved to Hawarden in 1972. She was a Lutheran.

Survivors include three nephews, Eldon Johnson, Denver, Colo., Hilder Johnson of Apache Junction, Ariz., and Duane Johnston of Lincoln, Neb.
