Note: His wife's maiden name is Dirksen.
Weye Weyen whom we mentioned last week as being dangerously sick died Saturday morning, October 10th at his farm home southwest from town and was buried Tuesday in the Lutheran church cemetery of that church, conducting the obsequies.
The family left to mourn this taking away ae a loving wife and three sons. The deceased had been in ill health for a long time and had sought relief at Rochester, Minn., and other places but without much avail. An attack of pneumonia last week was too much for his broken constitution to withstand. The Independent sympathizes with the member of his family in their hour of deepest sorrow.
