Susan A. Vaughn, 64, of Sioux City passed away Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016, at her home.

Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Concordia Lutheran Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Larkin Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home.

Susan was born on May 19, 1951, in Sioux City, the daughter of Jacob and Vonnie (Koeppe) Meuleveld. She grew up in Sioux City, graduating from Riverside High School. Susan married Donald Vaughn on Sept. 21, 1996. They made their home in Sioux City. Susan worked for A-1 Vans for more than 25 years, retiring in the mid 2000s. She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church. Susan was endlessly playing solitaire. She also enjoyed puzzles and her pets, most recently her cat, Molly.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Vaughn of Sioux City; a son, Chris Keleher (Missy Frye) of Sioux City; a daughter, Julia (Leanna) Keleher of Moscow, Idaho; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Linda (Mike) VanMaanen of Clarksville, Tenn., and Kathy (Rome) Mansfield of Omaha.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and an infant sister, Julia.
