Note a family source said the baby's name is Anna and "may" be buried in Adaville. Mother's maiden name was Heeren.

A baby daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Hoffman of this city last Friday morning but the little one survived only a few hours.
The bereaved parents have much sympathy. The mother have much sympathy. The mother was very low for a time but is now much improved.
