HOLD LAST RITES FOR MRS. WM. NALL

Lifelong Resident Of This Community Dies After Long Illness

Brief mention was made in these columns last week of the death of Mrs. William Nall at her home here on Wednesday morning, April 20, after an extended illness, aged 72 years, 4 months, and 6 days.

Estella Gertrude Barr was born in Akron, December 14, 1887, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Barr, early day residents and spent her entire lifetime here. She was united in marriage with William Nall, April 13, 1907. She was a member of the First Baptist church. She will be missed by her many friends and relatives.

Left to mourn her departure are her husband, William; two daughters, Mrs. Rose Curtis, of Glendale, Calif., and Mrs. Ethel Vee Mass, of Sioux City; two sons, Arnold, of Sioux City, and Lowell, of Sioux Falls, S. D.; a brother, Hayes Barr, of Akron; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Funeral services were held last Friday afternoon at the First Baptist church, Rev. Paul Williams officiating. Hymns were sung by Frances Mackey.

Pallbearers’ were nephews of the deceased: Darcy, Elmo, Floyd and Ray Fletcher, Harold Scott and Bud Bennett. Burial was in Riverside cemetery beside her children who preceded her in death.
