She has been active for many years in the work of the church, having taught a Sunday school class in the Baptist church in Le Mars for a number of years. She loved God's house and enjoyed its services and It
was always a source of great disappointment to her when compelled to be absent. For the past six months she has been in broken health which has kept her closely confined to her home. She realized that the end was approaching and seemed to be perfectly reconciled to go.Le Mars Semi-Weekly Sentinel
