William Davids Died at Remsen.
William Davids died at his home in Remsen on Saturday morning of hemorrhage of the lungs at the age of 56 years. He had been in ill health for a short time but previous to his last illness he had enjoyed good health. The funeral was held on Monday and was largely attended.
He had lived in this county for more than 30 years and was highly respected. He leaves a widow and three daughters, all of whom were at the funeral. The daughters are Mrs. Herman Baldwin of Fredonia township, Mrs. Edward Mathern of Bingham Lake, Minn., and a daughter twelve years of age who is living at home. – Le Mars Globe-Post, Oct 3, 1906, page 1.
