Mrs. Rose Jackson, a former resident here died in a Sioux City hospital Thursday, January 31, at the age of 49 years. Mrs. Jackson was born in LeMars on March 22, 1885. She attended school there and spent most of her life there until coming to this township nearly eight years ago. The last few years the family has lived in Sioux City. Funeral services were held Saturday at 9 a.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in LeMars. Msgr. Joseph D. Fisch officiating and burial was in St. Joseph's Cemetary. She is survived by her husband, William Jackson; two sons, Marvin and Raymond of Sioux City; two daughters, Mildred Jackson and Mrs. Cecil Watje
of Sioux City; her father, A. L. Justman of LeMars; a brother William Justman of LeMars; and two sisters, Mrs. John Stenger of Bertha, Minn.,
and Mrs. Armand Weiss of Sanborn, Iowa.
