AKRON, Iowa—Mrs. Louis Koch, 87, of Whittier, Calif., formerly of Akron, died Sunday of long illness.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the Schroeder Funeral Home, Akron. The Rev. Milton Kinney will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Mrs. Koch, the former Claire Pollock, was born June 6, 1892 in Plymouth County. She was married June 21, 1911 at Akron. Mr. Koch died in 1960.

She formerly lived in Sioux City. She was a 50-year member of Morningside chapter 502 OES.

Survivors include two daughters; Mrs. William (Lois) Winkler of La Habra, Calif., and Mrs. Phyllis Rehm of Whittier; two sons, Kenneth R. and Virgil L. both of Whittier; 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
