Gone Home

Last Friday morning Mrs. Margaret Jones, wife of John R. Jones, of Marion Township, died at her home, after an illness extending through two years, five months of that time being confined to her bed.

Mrs. Jones was born at Pottsville, PA, March 23, 1837. In 1846 she moved to Wisconsin, where she was married August 30, 1860. In the spring of 1870 Mr. and Mrs. Jones come to this county, where they have since resided.

Mrs. Jones has been a consistent member of the Baptist church. There are four children and a husband left to mourn the loss of a devoted Christian mother and an affectionate loving wife.

The funeral took place from the Jones school house, Sunday, Rev. M.B. Kiester officiating.

The friends desire us to extend their thanks to those who ministered unto them in their time of sorrow.
