Dead. -About 5 o'clock yesterday morning little Lala Gibbs, daughter of Frank M. and Emma A. Gibbs, died at the residence of David Gibbs, Sr., in this place, aged fifteen months. Mrs. Gibbs and her children whose home is now at Kearney Junction, Nebraska, have been visiting in Le Mars for the past several weeks, and this child, whose death we now record, became ill shortly after reaching here, the disease being cholera morbus. The little one's sufferings were most intense, and notwithstanding the attendance and care of a skillful physician and devoted nurses, the disease resulted fatally. The funeral will take place today at 10 o'clock from the residence of Mr. Gibbs. In this deep affliction the parents and friends have the sincere sympathy of our people.
