WILL ANGOVE PASSED AWAY MONDAY

William Angove, 65, of Perry township passed away Monday in a Sioux City hospital following more than a year of ill health.

Mr. Angove was born January 13, 1889, at Sergeant Bluff, Iowa. He resided in that community 27 years and before locating on a farm west of Hinton about 32 years ago, he resided east of Sioux City about six years.

Mr. Angove was united in marriage to Grace Jones on March 11, 1916, the ceremony taking place in Sioux City. He was widely known in this territory and had many friends.

Survivors include his widow: three sons, Herbert and Garland, both of Hinton, and Vernon of Sergeant Bluff; four daughters, Mrs. Mabel Beaulieu, of Merrill, Mrs. Violet Knapp of Homer, Neb., Mrs. William Brozik of Dixon, S.D., and Evelyn, at home; three brothers, Herbert, Archie and Howard, all of Sioux City; four sisters, Mrs. Alice Raby of Akron, Iowa, Mrs. Maude Hansen of Winner, S.D., Mrs. Ethel Barnable of Lawton, Iowa, and Mrs. Florence Karrer of Sioux City; and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held this Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Heaton Westcott funeral home, with Rev. Joseph Castle officiating. Burial was in Graceland Park cemetery at Sioux City.

Pallbearers were Lester Williams, Kenneth Trometer, Gordon Elliott, John Brock, Arthur Brock, and Edwin Beaulieu.
