DEATH OF MRS. J. B. WILMES
Had Lived In Plymouth County For Several Years.

Mrs. J. B. Wilmes died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anton Hames, near Remsen, on Tuesday morning. Mrs. Wilmes had suffered from an Internal malady for some time and was for several weeks at the general hospital in Le Mars.

Mr. and Mrs. Wilmes recently purchased the R. P. Willcutt place in Wernli's addition and were intending to move on it next March.

Mrs. Wilmes was a native of the grand duchy of Luxemburg, Europe, where she was born on December 10, 1867. Her maiden name was Mary Conradig. She was united in marriage with J. B. Wilmes. They came to Plymouth County about twenty-two years ago and lived on various farms in this vicinity before moving on a farm near Dundee, Minn., where they have been living for the past few years.

To their union eleven children were born, eight of whom survive with the father to mourn her loss. Two children died In Luxemburg in infancy and one daughter died at Dundee, Minn., five years ago. The children are Mrs. Anton Hames, of Remsen vicinity, Mrs. John Heger, of Dundee, Minn. John, Mora, Olive, Frank, Raymond, and Arnold, living at home.

The funeral services were held yesterday morning at St. Joseph's Church in this city.
