Funeral Rites Sunday for Eilert P. Miller

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday at Plymouth Presbyterian church for Eilert P. Miller, 57, who was found dead July 10 in the barn on his farm in Washington township. Rev. Charles Kruse officiated and burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of Mauer's funeral home.

Mr. Miller was born Jan. 30, 1901, in Johnson township and was a lifelong Plymouth county resident. He had moved to the farm in Washington township in 1949. His marriage to Pearl L. Jeffers took place Feb. 14, 1924, in LeMars.

His wife survives as do two sons, Clifford of Akron and Lloyd of Alcester, S. D.; two brothers, Abe and George Miller, both of LeMars; a sister, Mrs. Art (Tena) Gronemeyer of LeMars and four grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents, J. G. and Anna Siebens Miller, and a brother, Bert.
