Note: Her mother's maiden name was Hansen and though it isn't mentioned the name of her first husband was John Martsfeld and they had three daughters and he is also buried in Riverside Cemetery.

Mrs. Sadie Farrin Was Resident Of Anderson, Mo.--Interment Here
Mrs. Sadie Farrin, 48, wife of Geo. Farrin, of Anderson, Mo., died in a hospital at Joplin, Mo., Tuesday, February 8, 1944.
Born in Salix, Iowa, she resided there, in Akron and in Sioux City until six years ago, when she moved to Anderson. She was a member of the First Christian church and the American Legion Auxliary at that place.
Survivors are the widower, George Farrin; four daughters, Mrs. Dorthy O'Brien, Mrs. Dollie Bailey and Mrs. Ella Heitman all of Sioux City, and Mrs. Fern Kurzyna, of LaSalle, Ill.; two sons, Ivan and Ernest, both of Anderson.
One son died in the service at Pearl Harbor, II. I., November 16, 1943.
Other survivors are four brothers, Jerry Jensen, of Sioux City; Glen and Lendt Jensen, both of South Sioux City, and Carl Jensen, of Elkton, S. D., and four sisters, Mrs. Nellie Peterson, of Laka Benton, Minn.; Mrs. Elsie Brown, of Elkton S. D.; Mrs. Lillian Maude and Mrs. Stena Nelson, both of Vermillion, S.D.
Funeral services were held in the City, Saturday, conducted by Rev. R. A. Burrows, of the Third Presbyterian church. Interment was in Riverside cemetery, Akron, Sunday afternoon, Rev. A. A. Howe conducting the commitment service.
