Note: Family records and death certificate lists her name as Emma. Her mother's maiden name is Frerichs and she is probably buried in Christ Lutheran Cemetery with her parents.

Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Dirks, residing at Struble mourn the loss of their four year old daughter, Emily G. who died Monday morning at seven o’clock.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday at the Grant township church. The funeral will leave the house at one o’clock.

Mr. and Mrs. Eiert Dirks mourn the loss of their daughter, four years old.

She passed away on Monday morning at 7 o’clock. The sweet child had been at deaths door for nearly three weeks. Everything was done to save its life but of no avail.

The services were held at the home on Tuesday afternoon by Rev. Meyers of Mammen and the remains were followed by a large number of friends to its last resting place.
