Note: She is buried in Le Mars Memorial Cemetery.

BOOM—In Corkery’s Addition on Monday Dec. 23rd, 1889, of lung fever, Mrs. Boom aged about forty-eight years.

Mrs. B. has been a widow for some seven years past and has struggled along with a large family of children who are left to mourn her loss.
