Note: The gravestone spells the last name Jurgensen and year of birth 1855. His wife's maiden name was Jensen.

DIED

August Jurgenson, a resident of Akron and vicinity for many years died at his home in this city Tuesday evening, January 8, 1929, at 11:55 p.m., of complications incident to advanced age. He had been in failing health the past two years. He was 73 years of age last April. A suitable obituary will appear in these columns next week.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow (Friday) afternoon, at 2 o’clock at the home and at 2:30 o’clock at Trinity Lutheran Church, conducted by his pastor, Rev. F. A. Meske. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
