Elaine Michael of Akron, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2013, at the Akron Care Center in Akron.

Abiding by her wishes, Elaine was cremated and private family inurnment will be held at the Westfield Cemetery, Westfield. Arrangements are with the Carlsen Funeral Home – Schroeder Chapel in Akron.

Elaine was husband Robert’s partner and homemaker for 78 years in the Akron and Westfield vicinities. Robert passed away May 6, 2012. She is survived by her two sons Larry Michael and Bill (Roxanne) Michael all of Akron.
