Mrs. B. Johlfs Dies Following Six Months Illness

Mrs. Barney Johfs, 42, former Plymouth county resident, died at her farm home near Iona, Minn., Saturday, May 30, following an illness of six months cased by cancer.

Mrs. Johlfs was a daughter of Ihnke Harms of Brunsville. Her maiden name was Marie Harms and she was born March 6, 1894, in Grant Township, where she received her early education, grew up and was married to Bernard Johlfs in 1915.

She is survived by her husband and six children. Irene, Lorraine, Margaret, Marilyn, Wallace, and Carol Jean, her father, Ihnke Harms, two sisters, Mrs. Katherine Dickman, Mrs. Henry W. Harms, and four brothers, Henry, Charles, Herman, and Dick Harms, all of this vicinity.

The funeral which will be attended by the relatives here, will be held Tuesday afternoon at the Zion Lutheran church in Iona, Minn.
