Mrs. Helen E. Wood, wife of F. A. Wood, of Elgin township, died yesterday of a complication of diseases. She was thirty-seven years old and leaves a husband and four children in sorrow. The funeral took place at Seney this afternoon and the burial in Le Mars city cemetery at a later hour. – Le Mars Semi-Weekly Sentinel, Tuesday, March 8, 1887, page 3
