Carl Harrison

Following a sickness of several weeks, Carl Harrison, 36-year-old farmer living seven miles north of Moville, died Sunday in a Sioux City hospital.

Mr. Harrison was born in Banner township in 1896 and has lived in Woodbury county all his life. He is survived by his widow, two sons, Darrel and Dwayne, and five brothers, Thomas of Canada, Howard, William, Ben and Everett, who live in Banner township.

The Stiles Undertaking company, Moville, will direct arrangements.

Son of Oscar Harrison and Laura Angeline Walker. Married Elsie Emma Meyers Monday, October 19, 1925 at Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa.

DIES OF PNEUMONIA AFTER OPERATION

Carl Harrison died of pneumonia Sunday morning in a Sioux City hospital, following an appendicitis operation.

He was born on a farm in Banner township June 30, 1897, and died May 7, 1933, aged 35 years, 10 months, 7 days. On October 19, 1925, he and Elsie Meyers were married.

Survivng are the widow and two sons, Duane, 6, and Darrell, 4; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Harrison of Banner township, and five brothers, Tom of Saskatchewan, Canada, and William, Ben, Howard and Everett, all of Banner township.

Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon in the home in Banner township. The Rev. Mr. Havighurst of Schaller officiated. Burial was in the Lincoln township cemetery, Plymouth county.

The pallbearers were Harold Wright, John Donnell, Earl Harrison, Lester Stillwell, Clarence Stillwell, Richard Christenson.
