Note: Family sources have his year of birth as 1895. His mother's maiden name was Letillier

Leo Delier, of Sioux City, who was shot and lamost instantly killed while attempting to break into a store at Gayville, S. D., early Tuesday morning, lived in Akron when a boy with his parents. his father, H. P. Deiler, now deceased, was a carpenter here years ago.

His mother, three sisters and five brothers survive.

Rev. Fr. R. M. LeClair conducted the funeral at the Larin undertaking parlors in Sioux City yesterday, and interment was a Calvary cemetery there.
