Kingsley, Ia., March 27.—(Special)
Samuel Erb died at his home here Monday, March 24, at 3 p.m., aged 67 years and 6 months.

Mr. Erb had a stroke of paralysis six years ago and had been an invalid since that time. Mr. Erb located in Woodbury county, Ia., many years ago, was one of the first settlers and lived on his farm, three miles south of Kingsley, until he moved to town.

He leaves a wife, three daughters, and one son to mourn his death.

KINGSLEY:
Funeral services for Samuel Erb, who died here last Monday, March 24, were held at the Congregational church here Thursday. Rev. Shroader officiated. Mr. Erb was laid to rest in the Dunkard cemetery, southeast of Kingsley.

Mason J. Foft, of State Center, Ia., was in Kingsley Thursday to attend the Samuel Erb funeral.

John Foft, of Sioux City, was in Kingsley Thursday to attend the Samuel Erb funeral.

Chas. Erb arrived here last Wednesday from his home in Montana to attend the funeral of his father.

Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Hull, of Michigan City, Indiana, arrived here last week, being called by the death of Mrs. Hull’s father, Samuel Erb, which occurred last week.
