Mrs. Margaret Bristow

Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Bristow, 75, Red Lake Falls, Minn., a former Le Mars resident who died Friday at a Le Mars nursing home after a long illness, were at 2 p.m. Monday at Mauer funeral home. Rev. Sherwood Haas, pastor of United Church of Christ officiated. Burial was in Le Mars Memorial cemetery.

Mrs. Bristow, the former Margaret Thoms, was born September 28, 1888, on a farm near Le Mars.

She was married to William H. Bristow December 2, 1908, at Le Mars. During the last several years they resided at Red Lake Falls.

Survivors include the widower: eight brothers, Harry, James, Elmer and Maynard Thoms, all of Le Mars, Homer Thoms of Merrill, Ia. Wallace of Fargo, N. D., Clarence of Denver, Colo., and William of Manitoba, Can.; and a sister, Miss Mary Thoms of Manitoba.
