HOLD LAST RITES FOR RALPH GALE

Former Akron Man Dies Nov. 12 After A Brief Illness

Relatives and friends were grieved to learn of the passing of Ralph Gale, a former Akron resident, at Long Beach, Calif., November 12, 1962, after a brief illness, aged 67 years and 8 months.

Ralph F. Gale, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Gale, was born February 29, 1896, in Akron and grew to manhood here. He was united in Marriage here with Josephine Boden on November 19, 1917. Their union was blessed with four children. One son, Gerald, preceded him in death may 10, 1942.

Left to mourn his departure are his wife, Josephine, of Long Beach; two sons, Arnold, of Long Beach, and Arthur, of Freemont, Nebraska; a daughter, Rose Marie Primm, of Cedar Bluffs, Nebr.; a sister,Viola, and two brothers, Lawrence and Earl,all of Akron,and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday morning, Nov. 16, at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, Long Beach, and interment in All Souls Cemetery there.
